Overall - very very depressed.  And now worse.  Hope expires.

In the interim - went for a medium walk, but it looked like storms were coming so turned around.  At least got the Sunday chores done.

Creative work - .a bit of animation, some ideas.  A bit more animation and some graphics.  I'd give it all up for sobriety.

In the interim - pretty sure the nice girl I met a few weeks ago was a heat-induced hallucination.  Still, it's nice when my brain is good to me.  Went for a brief walk, very hot and humid.  As before, ate very little.

Overall - very very depressed.
