Creative work - nothing much.  Some work on the inside dome.

In the interim - set up the new scanner, works great.  Also, the earbuds from 2Boom work great.  Amazing that a cheap dollar-store brand does so well.  I forgot that today was backup day.  Managed to complete the backup, post a WordPress update, and went for a long walk.

Overall - very hot day overall, so lots of sweating.  Nice morning sleep, not expecting that tomorrow, oh well.

In the interim - went to the dentist, she liked what she saw.  Paid the bill.  I genuinely like that place.  Went for a long walk and felt the weather.  

Overall - got a No, which made me angry for some reason.  And bored, and depressed.

In the interim - paid the big bucks for the depression medicine, and seem to've got the drug plan in place.  GREAT phone call, as always.

In the interim - ill and tired, though not as much as I thought.  Which probably said, "Hey, another Yes is cool, right?"  Got my Humana drug insurance info, so that's nice.  Because I've run out of some of them.

Overall - short walk, the day was muggy and difficult.

In the interim - bought way too many things (see the Yes above).  Nice walk, OK lunch, which led to...bathroom explosion.  Not fun.  But, I cleaned the bathroom and did the laundry, so I guess it...could have been worse.  Somehow.  Not sure how, but somehow.

Overall - ill and tired but still got a Yes.  What the heck.

In the interim - felt weak for the most part, but managed to leave the house for a bit.  Looks like the Medicare D doesn't take effect until July 1.  Oh well.

Overall - well, that was Thursday.  Sorry about the Yes but I have a long fight ahead of me.

Creative work - decided to make a huge version of the dome interior.  Getting some good detail work.

In the interim - and of course, Windows update broke the Beelink.  No way to undo it, it seems.  Downloading the ISO and repair tool for one last chance.  If I can't get it working tomorrow, hello TrueNas.  Created the boot USB and will try later.   Fired up the new desktop, created a local admin account and a restore point.

Overall - again tired a lot.  Cat more annoying than usual for some reason.

Creative work - drew the various front views of the droids, and imported them.  Started work on the dome interior.

In the interim - removed the drives from the Beelink, and it booted into a normal Windows setup...which froze at the "choose PIN" step.  For several hours, until I stopped it.  Went for the long walk, and has Asia Cafe's kung pao chicken.  Quite good, though a lot.  Update: got the Beelink set up with Windows, finally.  Now doing updates, which will probably break it...

Overall - tired a lot, though not ill, thankfully.  The idea that I keep yessing because of boredom seems to have merit.  Glad to get two Nos in a row.  Maybe that's the way to keep the goal reasonable...two day stretches.

Creative work -  imported the grapplers into the project and converted them, but did not animate them.  Extended the frame count and moved all the borders.  Then, nothing else.

In the interim - got the ColorGuard thing mailed off.  Bought a remote from Best Buy which worked with the TV--yay!  Went on a long walk, but barely ate anything.

Creative work - futzed around with the dome rising scene.  

In the interim - testing the drone, was able to get connected through the phone and the iPad.  The control pad makes the drone beep, so I guess that means they're talking.  No actual flights yet.  Also, managed to collect the ColorGuard specimen.  That is an incredibly uncomfortable experience.

Overall - ill and tired all day, barely left the house, but still got a Yes.  Hope dims.

Overall - oh boy.  Here we go again.

In the interim - mailed the check to continue the dental benefits.  Got the replacement drivers license today; not at all irked that I could have used it earlier.  Really, not being sarcastic.  It's nice to have paperwork in order.  Got a Yes anyway.

Overall - slept a lot, brief walk, slept some more, barely ate.  No caffeine today for some reason.

Creative work - quite a bit of work on the dome rising.  Easier than I thought.  A couple of tweaks and maybe an overhead shot would work well.  Worked on some water effects images.

In the interim - well, my printer printed a test page last night, and apparently that was the last gasp.  Took Benefits stuff to OfficeMax and they printed them.  Also, managed to get Medicare added to my login.gov ID.  What a massive process.  Submitted the Medicare D application.  Tomorrow I'll mail the COBRA letter.

Overall - still lots tired, but otherwise it's nice to have a productive day.  Went to Qdoba for the first time in a while; still very good.

In the interim - finally got a No.  Nice phone call, though short--suddenly felt ill.  Other than taking the trash out, didn't leave the house.

Creative work - worked on the timing of the project so far, and made a few trims.  Animated the bug turning off the force shield.  

In the interim - well, wasted most of the day, and expect to do so tomorrow too.  The damned Yesses.  Bought a birthday present--a drone.  Why not?

Overall - I think the drinking issue might be that when I've been drinking and work on the projects, the drinking becomes part of the chain.  And I have to drink to re-enter the right state.  If I can sever that, I might be able to get out of this loop.  Maybe.

In the interim - as expected, stayed in all day, feeling ill and exhausted.  But still did the Yes.

Overall - oh boy.  Tomorrow should be fun.  Not.

Creative work - did some work on the droids scene, and it looks good.  Will check again later.  Later: still looks good.  Added another beam and rendered.  Converted that and the "inside bug" to video and added to Vegas.  Worked on the overhead view, and changed it a bit.  Looks more interesting.  Also made two versions of cambug view and cambug side, both without any lighting effects.  I can use those as pacing blocks.  Set those into Vegas and things look good.  Started on the "face fall off" bit.  This took more work than I thought.  I should really get a good naming convention.

In the interim - went on the short walk near B&N and ate at the Mexican place.  It was good, not great.  And of course more resting.

Overall - and we have another Yes.  Damn it.

Creative work - finished and converted the worker and camera bit, and imported into Vegas,  Started on the droids in the sky.  After that, we need yellow retracting, arm moving out of the way, face falling off, and dome rising out of the water.  Update: tweaked the bug bit and it looks better.

In the interim - very tired all day, as usual.  Did the Old Man Thing where I couldn't find my glasses and they were on top of my head.

Overall - could have been worse, I guess.  At least kept the spending down.  And got another No.

In the interim - went to the DL office to renew my driver's license.  Thought it would take some time, but I was in and out in a few minutes.  Helped a gentleman put his handicap-scooter-thing into his car.  Paid most of the month's bills.  Then slept.  A lot.

Overall - Very tired today.  Small things irritated me more than they should.
