Paid work - not bad, pretty slow, very noisy.

Creative work - nothing.  Some conceptualizing.

Overall - I've had worse Fridays.  Also--video card is working.

Paid work - slow day for the most part.

Creative work - nothing.

Overall - very tired.  Really wanted to drink.

Drinking - No (130/88).

Paid work - very slow day again, but also very quiet.

Creative work - nothing.  Checked status of video.

Overall - very frustrating evening trying to install new video card.  I'll post to Bleeping Computer, and if they have no ideas, back it goes.  Argh.

Paid work - very slow day, but quiet.

Creative work - I think the project is finished, but I need to re-render to get rid of the black frames.  Update: re-rendered, no black frames.  Update 2: uploaded to YouTube.

Overall - kind of an empty day.  Anxious about money.

Drinking - No (130/86).  Thank God.

Paid work - slow but very noisy day.

Creative work - compared the soundtrack recordings.  I think I still need to tone down (or eliminate) the sound effects.  Update: tweaked the sound effects, and I think the project might be finally done.  I want to watch it a couple more times first.

Overall - I hate dealing with money issues.  Glad I didn't drink tonight.

Paid work - Sunday, so no.

Creative work - more work on the soundtrack, I think I have it in a good form, just need to make the music a bit less shrill or distorted.  On the other hand, listened again and it sounds okay.  Shrug.

Overall - very empty day.

Drinking - Yes (129/85).

Paid work - not on Saturday.

Creative work - the stuff I have for the soundtrack is just wrong.  So, I wrote down a timing of events in the animation.  Maybe I can come up with something.  Later:  I did a live playback of the movie and just scored alongside it.  Three passes.  Seems to be pretty good, though there was some noise in the synth patch--the Matrix seemed to be controlling the reverb for the JX. Still, it seems to work really well.  Much better than I expected.

Overall - kind of depressed and feeling somewhat lost.  Also, I hate drinking.  Damn it all.
