Drinking - Yes (9/1)

Paid work - Sunday, so no.

Creative work - tried some sound recording, but I didn't have batteries!  Did some work on part 1 anyway.

In the interim - looking through some old audio files, some good stuff.

Overall -  felt sick most of the day.  Didn't want to drink but did.
