Drinking - Yes (17/1)

Paid work -  state holiday today, so no.

Creative work - some animation to explain previous stuff.  Go me.

In the interim - very depressed.  Got the oil changed in the car.

Overall - very depressed, seems to be the new normal.  Also sick most of the day.
